Cancellations and Refunds
Note: Orders made after operating hours will be processed the following day despite the selected delivery time.
Cancellation of orders is dependent upon the delivery option chosen during the checkout process. You may not be entitled to a calcellation of your order once the order has been shipped. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, KaribKart or KaribKart vendors (sellers) shall have the right to charge you a cancellation fee which will be the total delivery cost and 5% of the cost of your order. KaribKart will also have the right to charge you a cancellation fee for the orders cancelled by KaribKart for the reasons specified under clause 1(iii) of this cancellation and refunds policy. In case of cancellations for the reasons attributable to KaribKart and its delivery partners, KaribKart will not charge a cancellation fee.
Our vendors reserve the sole right to cancel your order in the following circumstance:
in the event of the designated address falls outside the delivery zone offered by us;
unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of making the order; or
unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of booking the order;
You shall be entitled to a refund only if:
your order packaging has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery
an item in your order has become out of stock
All refund amounts shall either be credited to you as KaribKart store credit or creditied to your virtual Zypps reloadable or to a credit/debit card account within 3-4 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.
